Dati che mi invii con il modulo di contatto
- nome, cognome, email, obiettivo scelto dal menu e, se li indichi, numero di cellulare / WhatsApp e testo del messaggio;
- indirizzo IP, browser utilizzato (user agent), data e ora dell'invio e della presa visione dell'informativa.
Alcuni obiettivi (per esempio mal di schiena o dolori muscolari e articolari), e quello che scrivi nel messaggio, possono indicare informazioni sulla tua salute. Le tratto solo con il tuo consenso esplicito, dato con la casella del modulo (art. 9.2.a GDPR), e solo per ricontattarti.

Non uso i tuoi dati per newsletter o pubblicità e non li vendo a nessuno.
4. A chi vengono comunicati
I dati sono trattati da me e, per conto mio, da fornitori tecnici che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting del sito e del modulo di contatto;
- Supabase Inc.: archivio delle richieste di contatto;
- Resend (USA): invio delle email di notifica e di conferma;
- Cloudflare Inc. (USA): verifica anti-bot Turnstile;
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC: Google Analytics (solo con il tuo consenso) e Google Fonts (caratteri tipografici).
Alcuni fornitori hanno sede negli Stati Uniti. Il trasferimento avviene sulla base dell'EU-US Data Privacy Framework o delle Clausole Contrattuali Standard della Commissione Europea.
Se inizi un percorso, e solo quando necessario, alcuni dati potranno essere condivisi con i professionisti del team multidisciplinare, previa tua informazione.
5. I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, riceverli in un formato leggibile (portabilità), opporti al trattamento basato sul legittimo interesse e revocare il consenso (artt. 15–22 GDPR). Scrivi a davidedesimoneofficial@gmail.com.
Hai anche il diritto di presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Fornire i dati del modulo è facoltativo, ma senza di essi non posso rispondere alla tua richiesta.
6. Cookie
Cookie tecnici (sempre attivi): il sito salva nel tuo browser la tua scelta sui cookie. La verifica anti-bot Cloudflare Turnstile può usare dati tecnici necessari alla sicurezza del modulo. Non servono il tuo consenso.
Cookie statistici (solo con consenso): Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*, durata fino a 2 anni). Vengono attivati solo se clicchi "Accetta" nel banner.
Non uso cookie di profilazione o pubblicitari.

2. What data I collect
Data you send through the contact form
- first name, last name, email, the goal you choose from the menu and, if you give them, your mobile / WhatsApp number and message text;
- IP address, browser (user agent), date and time of sending and of reading this notice.
Some goals (for example back pain or muscle and joint pain), and what you write in the message, may show information about your health. I only process it with your explicit consent, given with the form checkbox (Art. 9.2.a GDPR), and only to contact you.
Browsing data
Only if you accept statistics cookies: data on how the site is used, collected by Google Analytics (pages visited, device, approximate area).

I don't use your data for newsletters or advertising, and I don't sell it to anyone.
4. Who receives it
The data is processed by me and, on my behalf, by technical providers acting as processors:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website and contact form hosting;
- Supabase Inc.: storage of contact requests;
- Resend (USA): sending notification and confirmation emails;
- Cloudflare Inc. (USA): Turnstile anti-bot check;
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC: Google Analytics (only with your consent) and Google Fonts.
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you start a program, and only when needed, some data may be shared with the professionals of the multidisciplinary team, after informing you.
5. Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability), object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent (Articles 15–22 GDPR). Write to davidedesimoneofficial@gmail.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Giving the form data is optional, but without it I can't answer your request.
6. Cookies
Technical cookies (always on): the site saves your cookie choice in your browser. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check may use technical data needed to keep the form secure. These don't need your consent.
Statistics cookies (only with consent): Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*, lasting up to 2 years). They are turned on only if you click "Accept" in the banner.
I don't use profiling or advertising cookies.
